Print — RAPLAS PR 700
The RAPLAS PR 700 is designed to be open source for materials, allowing our customers to choose the material they run. With a large 700 x 700 x 500 platform, dynamic beam capabilities, flexible parameters, and custom vat sizes the RAPLAS PR 700 is perfect for a wide variety of applications and industries. The machine comes with a seat of Materialise Magics 3D Print Suite, so you are ready to go on day one.
Resin

Rinse & Wash — RAMCO Wash Station
After your parts are printed, a RAMCO multi-station system allows you to rinse, wash, and dry your parts, easily removing resin and preparing your parts to be cured. RAMCO’s multi-station consoles are custom-built to fit your specific needs. Utilizing dynamic flow and numatic agitation allows for consistent results and decreased post-processing times.
Cure — RAPLAS RPU 700
Post-curing units are a vital part of the 3D printing process, curing any residual resin once your part is printed to ensure a high-quality final product. The RAPLAS Resin Post-curing Units (RPU) come standard with UV lighting that is custom for our resins. With adjustable turntable speeds, a timer, and dimming capabilities, the RPU is designed to achieve industry-leading results.
Cart
A platform cart is essential to transport a full platform from your machine to the cleaning and post-processing station in your facility. When used in tandem with the RAMCO wash station, you can clean both the parts and platform at the same time. This eliminates messy drips of resin and keeps your lab clean.
