No Support Material Needed
SLS technology eliminates the need to design and print additional support materials. You can stack multiple models in the same run, which means you can be more efficient with each print job and save time.
30 Watt Laser
The QLS230’s high-power 30 watt laser is the key to exceptional quality sintering meaning an excellent layer resolution in the parts produced. In addition, there is an N2 system put in place that allows users to control the gas flow inside.
Intuitive Software
QLS230 is powered by two advanced software suites, Buildware and SLSware. Buildware allows users to directly operate a model sintering process on the printer, and SLSware allows users to remotely plan sintering projects and check printing files.
Removable Build Tray
The removable build tray module in the QLS lets users print more efficiently, allowing users to clean their prints and begin a new one in right away without having to stop production. The removable print tray’s design provides cleaner options for powder removal and efficient printing.
